for local schools.
That's what last year's Smoke Show raised. Proceeds go to the five schools in North Middlesex — the town's kids, fed by the town's barbecue.

Stickburners in the Snow
A pop-up BBQ fundraiser at the North Middlesex Community Centre to get the first show off the ground: smoke-fried wings, brisket chili, pulled pork sundaes and apple crisp.
The first Smoke Show
Father's Day weekend at the Parkhill Fairgrounds, 225 McLeod St. BBQ competition, live-fire cooking, hot rods, bikes, beer tent, live music and a kids zone in the arena.
