94-gallon backyard offset

The SmallBlock.

A true stick burner, built to perform. Everything we learned on commercial pits, applied to the backyard — in ¼″ steel, about 800 lb of it. The name keeps with our hot-rod theme.

Why it cooks right

The whole
grate works.

Offsets are all about airflow, heat control and usable space. Small offsets usually lose the war on all three: the end near the fire runs hot and half the grate is wasted.

Our throat and baffle system cuts the fire's direct line of sight, so you get fully usable cooking space across the entire chamber — one of the hardest things to get right in a small offset. It runs clean, efficient and consistent.

Designed in collaboration with Dark Side of the Grill.

It's a standard build: every Small Block is built the same way, and we don't modify it, upgrade it or offer finish options. Want something different? That's a custom build — our custom offsets start at 250 gallons.
