The build
A couple of 1,000-gallons for a twin build, with a direct-heat pit on the front. Chris ain't playing around.
Two trailers. Two 1,000-gallon offsets. A direct-heat pit riding up front. Together it's one insane BBQ joint on wheels — it still blows us away.
Thanks to Chris for trusting us with it. For the record, he also made us a seafood boil that was one of the best meals we've ever eaten.
